Grating Ruler
Inevitably material surface is not level from point to point, the Grating Ruler is applied to measure the distance between blade tip and material surface, and the cutting depth is adjusted in every 0.01mm by the controller accordingly. Then the blade travels up and down as material surface goes to keep the same cutting depth at any position of the tool paths across the entire table. In short, Grating Ruler is of key importance for consistent cutting depth.

Fast Registration Marks Detection with CCD Camera
CCD camera detects the intricate die-less contours efficiently, problems caused by position error of human, poor quality printing are resolved. CCD camera is applied for wider varieties of colors.
Segmented Area Cutting Operation
Additional registration marks are available for more precise axis alignment.
Contour cutting is performed sequentially in each segmented area, which improves accuracy and tracking for heavier media or media that has been laminated.
Intelligent Error Correction
If material is placed inclined (±15°), our system is still able read the registration marks, so it is unnecessary to put material always straightly, this feature helps a lot to save time.
Media Sensor
It is applied to measure the size of media, the cutting/ plotting operation won’t be carried out if media size is not big enough for the contents, and controller will ask operator to enlarge the media or decrease the size of contents. Media sensor helps greatly in saving media and increasing efficiency.
No Need OVERCUT
In every cutting path, the start and end point join with each other accurately, while no need to setup any OVERCUT.
Clean Smooth Edge Quality
The Grating Ruler and correspondent cutting force management deliver clean smooth edge quality, even for the most complex jobs. Cutting Force in 8 Step
With Gunner software, user is enabled to put different colors for different cutting paths, and set the processing sequence as color sequence. This is a important feature for cutting medias with multiple layers, which requires different cutting force in different layer.

A vinyl cutter is a computer-controlled machine used to cut vinyl sheets. If you're not familiar, vinyl stands for polyvinyl chloride, a self-adhesive plastic that is the third most widely produced plastic polymer.
Vinyl comes in two forms - rigid and flexible. Vinyl cutters are used to cut flexible varieties and have a wide range of uses among hobbyists and small businesses. These include making signs, decals, banners, advertising, fabric designs and home décor. Rigid vinyl is commonly used in the fabrication of pipes and windows and doors.
Most vinyl cutters look similar to printers and are roughly the same size. Some come with stands that you can use to cut different heights.
Vinyl cutters are controlled by computer software, of which there are many to choose from, depending on the compatibility of your machine. Use the software to design and then send commands to the cutter to cut the desired shape.
The cutter moves left and right and rotates according to the software instructions as the vinyl moves underneath it. The material is then "weeded" to remove the excess vinyl.
Today, many of the best vinyl cutters are also capable of cutting a range of other materials, including soft and hard materials.
