About GR8000-180 PRO
Unlike the auto-feeding flatbed cutter, which is positioned as a solution for regional processing centers, the GR8000-180 PRO is designed to meet the processing needs of small and medium-sized shops.
In addition, the GR8000-180 PRO comes with a lower price tag and a smaller footprint, making it more attractive to small and medium-scale users.
The GR8000-180 PRO features essentially the same performance characteristics as auto-feeding flatbed cutters, including processing accuracy, anti-static interference capability, and processing stability.
In terms of functionality, the most significant difference is that the GR8000-180 PRO does not support through-cutting, which is determined by its mechanical structure. In addition, the cap-sheet must be removed  before cutting with the GR8000 PRO. For this purpose, we provide an automatic film peeling device and a static elimination device, which reduce labor and minimize electrostatic interference.

Outperforming the vast majority of competitors, we took the lead in adopting precise grating scale to detect the distance between the tool-tip and the material surface in real - time. This enables us to adjust the cutting pressure in real - time to regulate the cutting depth. Consequently, a uniform cutting depth within the material can be achieved, allowing for easy waste removal after cutting. Meanwhile, the cutting tool will not damage the surface of the machine table.
